With our Hanoi transfer, the Cozy Bay Premium day is about 13 hours door to door: pickup in Hanoi’s Old Quarter between 7:15 and 7:45 AM, five and a half hours on Halong Bay from 11:30 AM, and back at your hotel around 8:30 PM. Here is how the published schedule runs, stop by stop.
Morning: Old Quarter Pickup and the Drive to Ha Long
Pickup is at one of our 10 meeting points in the Old Quarter, each a 3–8 minute walk from the main hotels. Buses over 16 seats are no longer allowed into the Old Quarter between 6 and 9 AM, so there is no door-to-door pickup on the way out; your guide calls the evening before to confirm your point and time. The drive follows the Hanoi–Hai Phong–Ha Long expressway, by shuttle bus or limousine depending on the option you book.

What the Price Covers
The price depends on how you reach the boat: $49 per person if you meet us at the Sun Marina port in Ha Long, $58 with our Hanoi shuttle bus, or $64 with the Hanoi limousine. Every option includes the buffet lunch, the Sung Sot Cave entrance fee, Luon Cave kayaking, Titov Island access, sunset cocktails, an English-speaking guide, insurance and taxes. Not included: extra drinks on board, spa services, tips and personal expenses. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure.

The return drop-off is at your hotel, so the only fixed point is the morning meeting point.
