Starting July 2026, all Cozy Bay Cruise departures use designated meeting points instead of hotel pick-up. This applies to every cruise in our fleet: Cozy Bay Premium, Sea Lion Premium, Tropical, and Cozy Bay Grand.

Choose the meeting point closest to your hotel. All 7 points are within walking distance of major Old Quarter hotels (3–8 minutes).

Important: Please arrive at your selected meeting point on time. As this is a shared group tour, the vehicle will wait a maximum of 5 minutes at each point. Late arrivals may miss the departure.

Why Meeting Points Instead of Hotel Pick-up?
Hanoi has implemented new traffic regulations affecting the Old Quarter and surrounding areas. These regulations restrict certain vehicle types during peak hours to reduce congestion and preserve the historic character of the district.
🚧 Area 1 — Hoan Kiem Walking Street
- Streets within the Hoan Kiem Lake walking area
- Ban: Fri, Sat & Sun, 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Applies to: Motorbikes, mopeds, all cars
🚗 Area 2 — Old Quarter Routes
- Streets surrounding and leading into the Old Quarter
- Morning ban: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Evening ban: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Applies to: Fossil fuel cars & buses over 16 seats
Our 7 meeting points are strategically located at the edges of the restricted zone, making them easy to reach from any Old Quarter hotel (3–8 minutes walk). This ensures smooth, on-time departures for all guests.
