Built on the Bay, Built for the Bay
Cozy Vietnam Travel launched its first vessel in Ha Long Bay in 2012 with a single objective: deliver a cruise experience that meets international five-star standards while keeping operations locally owned and locally staffed. Every crew member — from the captain to the kitchen team — is from Quang Ninh Province.
By 2024, the fleet had expanded to 4 vessels covering both Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, each designed for a distinct travel profile. The Cozy Bay Premium established the day cruise benchmark on the Sung Sot Cave route. Sea Lion introduced sundeck jacuzzi pools and live DJ sessions to the same itinerary. Tropical opened the Lan Ha Bay corridor with Trung Trang Cave, Cat Ba National Park, and electric car rides through the island's forest roads. Cozy Bay Grand brought overnight luxury with 17 private cabins and 4 gourmet meals per voyage.
Today, our operational base at Tuan Chau International Marina processes an average of 400 guests per day across the fleet. Departure logistics, safety briefings, and onboard hospitality follow a single unified standard — regardless of which vessel you board.
Cozy Vietnam Travel holds International Tour Operator Licence No. 01-1101/2018/TCDL-GPLHQT, issued by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. All 4 vessels are registered with the Quang Ninh Maritime Safety Authority and undergo quarterly safety inspections.

Quarterly Safety Audits
All vessels undergo quarterly inspections by the Quang Ninh Maritime Safety Authority. Equipment includes life jackets in all sizes (infant through adult), GPS tracking, VHF marine radio, and onboard medical kits.
Door-to-Dock Logistics
Every booking includes complimentary round-trip shuttle bus transfer between Hanoi (Old Quarter / Opera House area) and Tuan Chau Marina. Pick-up at 7:30–8:00 AM, return by 5:30 PM. Limousine upgrades available.

Plastic-Free Fleet
All single-use plastics phased out across the fleet since 2023. Replaced with biodegradable alternatives, reusable water stations, and bamboo-based amenities.

Each vessel is equipped with an advanced wastewater treatment system. Zero untreated discharge into bay waters — exceeding the minimum standard set by Quang Ninh Maritime Authority.
