Option 1: Cruise Shuttle Bus (Recommended)
The most popular and convenient option. When you book a cruise with transfer from Hanoi, a modern, air-conditioned bus collects you between 7:10 and 7:45 AM at one of our 10 meeting points in Hanoi’s Old Quarter (each a 3–8 minute walk from the main Old Quarter hotels — buses over 16 seats are banned from the Old Quarter from 6 to 9 AM) and drives you directly to the marina. Those times are for our day cruises; Cozy Bay Grand overnight guests are collected from the same points between 7:45 and 8:30 AM.

Where to Stay Before an Early Pickup
Because pickup inside the Old Quarter happens at fixed meeting points rather than at hotel doors, the easiest morning starts from a hotel a few minutes’ walk from one of them — most sit on Trang Thi, Phung Hung, Duong Thanh, Tran Nhat Duat and Tran Quang Khai streets around Hoan Kiem Lake.
